Natural Health education and Reiki sessions/classes.
This class covers the basics of using essential oils at home for your body, mind
and spirit. Learn the safe use of pure essential oils for your family’s health care,
household needs and emotional support. A wide variety of essential oils are typically
on hand to view/smell. Oils can be diffused in the room. The history of essential
oils, safety information, as well as suggested uses are provided to each participant.

This is a class to share information and techniques to reduce the effects of stress
and to support ourselves in body, mind and spirit. So often we focus is on caring
for others, yet to adequately care for another, we must take care of ourselves. Techniques
are shared to support ourselves nutritionally, reduce the effects of daily stress
and the stress from traumatic situations, bringing more joy into every situation
we experience. Information is shared regarding community resources/practitioners,
recommended reading and affirmations to post at home. The class may include hypnosis,

This class is for those who are curious about natural health care – who may have heard about homeopathy, essential oils, herbs, etc., and have not had any practical experience with them yet. The objective is to share information regarding the various modalities available today when taking responsibility for one’s own health. Basics of home first aid using natural health care are covered. Discussion includes the many ways of preventing, and shortening the severity and duration of typical seasonal health distresses, using herbs, homeopathy, essential oils and nutritional supplements.

This is a class to share information and techniques for caregivers to support themselves in body, mind and spirit. So often, the focus is on the one receiving the care/the patient, yet to adequately care for another, we must take care of ourselves. Techniques will be shared to support ourselves nutritionally, reduce the effects of the stress that seems inescapable, and bring more joy in the situation at hand. Materials include information sheets with reminders of information and techniques covered in class, community resources/practitioners, recommended reading and affirmations to post at home. Activities may include hypnosis, meditation, use of essential oils, hands on acupressure point tapping and breath work.
